show Website status?
Most
of the website user have above big problem. We are
provide all support to our user.

How to use cPanel ?
Ans
:- User can open his/her website cPanel using
his own domain.
http://www.mydomain.com:2082
Or http://www.mydomain.com/webmail
You
can use your company domain name instead of the
your domain in above Example URL. After then enter
or click go open of your web browser. Please enter
the user name and password provide by us. After
that you can see the following image in your web
browser.
This
is your company website master cPanel's Home Page.
In this panel you can see tabular format data and
graphical view. We are explain all option in
details.
Hosting
Package :- Hosting package display the package
name select by you for your website.
Disk
Space Usage :- You are know How many space use
in your website.
Disk
Space Available :- Using this option you know
how many space is free in your hosting.
Email
Accounts :- No of Email is create in your
website.
Graphical
View :
Email
:- Using this option you can handle your
Email. You can create email, change password of
email, delete email account etc. We are discusses
this option in detail using graphical view.

This
is your email Panel.
Web Mail :- Using web mail you can see your
mail on web. we are discusses this option in
detail at bottom.
Add/Remove/Manage
Account :-

In
the above picture you can see the all Email
address in your website. you can delete, change
password from here. You can also add new email
account from here. For Create new Email account
click on Add Account Option. After then you can
see following window in your browser.

Enter
the new email id name, password and click Create
Option. After then you can see your new email id
in the list of email id.
If
you want to change the email account password then
you can change any email password from here
because this is master panel. For that please
click on Password option in Mail account
Maintenance window. Then you can see the following
window. Just write the new password and
change the password.

Default
Address :- Default address means when your
client don't have your email id and the client
want to mail you then if the client use regular
email id use in most website like info@yourwebsite.com
, sales, marketing etc. If in your website have
not such like that email then the mail is not send
to you. If you are set your website email id who
is create by you and you use for your daily use as
default Email id as your website then above any
mail you are receive in your this mail id. Example
your email id is info@mywebsite.com and you are
set this email id as default id. If your client
send a mail on sales@mywebsite.com then this mail
your are receive in your info@mydomain.com mail id
so this features is very important for website
user for that just enter the email name you want
to set as a default mail id and click Change
Option.


Auto-Responders
:- The auto responders option use for
automatically respond to the mail id when your
mail id receive a mail. Most of the user use this
option when company going on holiday for more then
day then the user can easily know the message. But
this option have one big problem if you are set
this option in your email id suppose one use send
you mail. The sender email id also have set a
Auto-Responders option. when your mail server
receive this mail then server respond to the mail
at time same the sender server also send auto mail
so the lopp is create until any one mil id space
is not free. So this is bugs of this option. 
For
setting write the email id and enter subject,
message and click on Create/Modify option. Forwarders
:- Some time some use use yahoo, gmail like
mail id for his use. you are forward your mail to
your yahoo or nay mail id. For that just follow
the following option. 
Select
the email id you want to forward and write the
email id where you want to receive the mail. Web
Mail :- Our server also provide web mail
service. you can open your mail on web from any
where. For that you can use three option. If you
are Admin user and you want to open it from cPanel
Then open cPanel, Click web Mail option. and open
it. Another is write following URL in your
browser. If
your are not admin user then you can open your
mail using following URL. http://www.yourdomain.com:2095
Or http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail In
above URL the your domain is your company
domain name Enter
Email id and password then you can see the
followingwindow. 
In
Our server There are two mail server available
Horde and squirrel Mail. We are use a Horde
because Horde is easy to maintain and understand.
We are take a short tour of Horde Mail. To open it
please click on horde. If you are not admin user
and if you want to change your password then you
can easily change password using Change Password
Option. For open mail please click on Horde logo.
After click in the next step you can select the
language after then you are enter in your mil
panel. 
At
here you can see the all mail receive in your id.
If you want to send mail then click on New
Message. Change
Password : If you want to change your Admin
password the click on the Change Password option
at your cPanel Home page. You must be know your
old password then you can change your password. 
Web/Ftp
Stats : This is most important topic for
website administrators. Using this option you can
know how many time your site open in particular
month, how many heating in your site, where is
your site open etc. For that please click on
Web/Ftp Stats Option at your cPanel home
page. 
Please
click on the Awstats Option for more detail. 



Above
image display how many time open your website in
particular month, you can also see it at how many
hits, unique visitors, monthly history, day wise,
hour wise, country wise etc. |
